Minister of State for Reform and Parliamentary Relations, Electronic and Postal Communications Authority – (AKEP) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), on 16 February 2010, hosted the event on presentation of draft Policy Paper for Electronic and Postal Communications in Albania. In this event, Mr. Genc Pollo Minister of State for Reform and Parliamentary Relations presented the Policy Paper and the Action Plan for electronic communications sector. The Chairman of Steering Board of AKEP, Mr. Piro Xhixho and Mr. Peter Lundy from the EBRD project team presented the policy and action plans.
