Representatives from the Electronic and Postal Communications Authority (AKEP) participated at the ITU Academy professional training course -organized in collaboration with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and TalTech (Tallinn University of Technology) – titled “GovStack Essentials: Transforming Public Services with Modern Digital Infrastructure.”
The training brought together representatives from public institutions across the globe, creating a valuable platform for exchanging experiences and knowledge regarding the digital transformation of public services.
The program focused on subjects like public digital infrastructure, system interoperability, the use of standardized and reusable digital components, and the development of modern, integrated services tailored to the needs of citizens and businesses. AKEP’s participation in this international program contributes to strengthening professional capacities and gaining insight into the most advanced practices and solutions in the field of digital transformation.
